1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Nashville Social Club (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Nevada who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on September 2, 2025, and ends on October 15, 2025, 9:00 pm Pacific Time (“Giveaway Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter during the Giveaway Period, you must:
- Pick up a passport booklet from the club
- Complete 10 of the 12 possible stamp categories
- Submit your completed passport by October 15, 2025.
Stamp Categories:
Guests can earn stamps by completing in-club activities such as ordering select menu items, attending live shows, posting social photos, and more. A full list of eligible stamp categories is available at the club and on our website during the Giveaway Period.

To enter without using social media, send a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email to:

5. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
Round-trip airfare, and three-night stay in a prominent downtown hotel of Nashville Tennessee.
One (1) Second place winner will receive:
Four Course Dinner for 6 people
One (1) Third Place winner will receive:
$100 NSC Gift Card
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
TRAVEL BLACKOUT DATES: Grand Prize travel must be completed by October 31, 2026, and is subject to hotel and flight availability. Travel is not available on major holidays or peak blackout dates, including but not limited to Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Year’s Eve/Day, and July 4th weekend. Specific travel dates must be approved in advance by Sponsor.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 17, 2025.
The potential winner will be notified by phone call within 3 days. The winner must respond within 48 hours, or a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering, you grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of a prize.
